
Terms & Conditions
Please read below before placing a deposit
+ The artist retains all copyright of the finished artwork.

+ By making a purchase from Amanda Luddington Fine Art through the online shop, invoicing, bank transfer or any other type of payment, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined here.
​
+ Commissions may be turned down by me, the artist, if I feel I cannot create the expectation of the commission.
​
+ The finished artwork may be used by the client for display and personal enjoyment only.
​
+ No prints or copies shall be made, or profit gained in anyway, from the finished artwork by the client, without the express written permission of the artist.
​
+ The artist retains the right to use the image for advertising artistic services, through printed advert and digital/social media.
​
+ The artist retains the right to use the image on printed products where appropriate.
​
+ Cancellations - All purchases are none-refundable, this includes the 50% deposits. If you have paid the deposit and either wish to cancel your commission, or you do not wish to receive the portrait, whether complete or not, you are not entitled to a partial or full refund. If you have paid a deposit and do not wish to complete your purchase you will not receive your portrait and you are not entitled to any refund. I will keep the artwork for a year incase you change your mind. After a year the artwork will become my property.
If in the unlikely event I cannot fulfill your commission, you will be entitled to a full refund.
Refunds are made by bank transfer, so I will need your banking details to fulfill this.

+ If you do not wish me to share any images whilst creating your portrait and finished portrait, for example a surprise present, then please message me to let me know when it has been gifted.​​
​
+ Shipping - Amanda Luddington Fine Art offers shipping to U.K mainland addresses only, free of charge. For delivery worldwide please contact me for details and a quote. You must enter your shipping address when placing the commission correctly.
If you have entered or typed the incorrect shipping address and your portrait has been delivered to that address, it is not the responsibility of Amanda Luddington Fine Art to retrieve the portrait and you are not entitled to a refund.
If in the very unlikely event your portrait has been dispatched to a different address to the one you have entered, you will be entitled to a full refund, or a repeat of the same portrait at the same price. If you choose to have new artwork drawn for you, you will be added to the end of the waiting list.
Artworks are always sent extremely well packaged, tracked and fully insured.
Every effort is made to deliver your parcel on or around the date stated by the courier; it is not the responsibility of Amanda Luddington Fine Art if your parcel is not delivered on time.
If in the unlikely event that your parcel is lost, a claim will be made for compensation against the total cost of your order. Refunds will only be issued after a claim is accepted by the courier, as they may require you to complete a form confirming you have not received your parcel.
As soon as the compensation amount has been received, which could take a few weeks for the claim to go through, you will be issued a full refund.

+ Returns - All artworks are non-refundable and non-returnable as they are custom-made.
In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, you must take photographs of the damage and send them to me within 3 days of receipt. I will then start the process of claiming compensation using your photos. Refunds will only be issued after a claim has been accepted by the courier, as they may require you to complete a form declaring that the artwork arrived damaged. This process can take a few weeks.

+ E-Gift Cards - Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and they have an expiry date of one year.
Each gift card is worth the amount stated in GBP, this amount can go against any portrait offered at Amanda Luddington Fine Art. Portrait prices can change at any time, so it is recommended that you redeem your gift card as soon as possible after you receive it, as prices may increase after purchase.

Prices can change at any time and tend to rise annually due to increases in material costs.
